I offer individual therapy for adults tailored to your unique needs and goals. I take an eclectic approach drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
